Here we grow again! F&E Trading is searching for an experienced Recruiter on our Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience and possess a great attitude and a lot of enthusiasm. They will provide full-service recruiting for positions ranging from warehouse, temps, and entry-level to senior management. Come join our growing family!
Job Responsibilities:
Work with Hiring Managers to fill all open and future positions
Actively source candidates, leverage standard job boards, social media channels and use creative sourcing techniques
Manage full cycle recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work with temp agencies to fill open and future warehouse positions
Knowledge and Skills:
Previous recruitment experience
Professional oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to think creatively to develop innovative recruitment strategies
Must possess a high level of confidentiality
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
