We are looking for an ASST. BUYER to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Asst. Buyer and strong knowledge of electronics. This role provides support in the day-to-day responsibilities to all members of the Buying Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of our products and customers to assist all members of the Buying Team
- Become proficient in managing rebates
- Identify sales performance and trends
- Ability to analyze data and proactively manage inventory and re-orders
- Enter data efficiently and accurately
- Access, update and provide data and various reports, both scheduled and impromptu, as needed for all Buyers
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Asst. Buyer preferred
- Must have knowledge of the Buyers role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Effective and timely follow through is a must
- Ability to interact with Buyers and cross functional teams
